Project Scope

Organize an unforgettable 6D5N all-inclusive winter magic experience for tourists who are visiting the Arctic region for the very first time.

What we did

We provided warm clothing to our clients for their entire stay, so they did not need to buy expensive clothes for a one-time experience. Guided visits to the iconic places such as Santa Claus Village and the Ice Hotel, where clients were offered a dinner in the ice restaurant were arranged in the first place. In addition, the group learned how to mush a husky sled and gained valuable insights into the life of local reindeer herders. We also organized a guided snowmobiling across the Lappish wilderness, and a Northern Lights hunting experience.

The service included detailed balanced itinerary planning, accommodation, guiding, HB meals, all entrances/activities and transfers.
