Project Overview

We hosted a business group from Sri Lanka for a congress trip combined with leisure activities. While the clients’ main focus was the congress they were attending, our task was to ensure smooth logistical support — including transportation, accommodation, and meals — as well as high-quality leisure time and an in-depth introduction to Finland during their free time and a couple of additional days off.

The program offered a variety of engaging activities in and around Helsinki, including a day trip to Porvoo. Furthermore, our experienced guides, familiar with the clients’ cultural background, adapted the tours to the clients’ specific needs and preferences. The program included both city tours and authentic cultural activities, all carefully planned to deepen the clients’ understanding of Finland and provide meaningful breaks during their busy congress days.
